It’s not all about work—sometimes, it’s about recognition too. This past July, Code Barcelona received an Honorable Mention from Awwwards for the website we created for Barcelona advertising agency Olapaloma.
For years, Awwwards has celebrated the creativity and talent behind web design, web development, and web design studios and agencies worldwide. That’s why we’re especially proud of this honorable mention.

Every day, Awwwards receives hundreds of submissions for Best Web Design of the day and month. From these, one is chosen as the daily winner and goes on to compete for the monthly and annual awards.
A jury of web designers and developers from around the globe evaluates each website and assigns the final score.
In addition to the main winner, the jury also selects standout projects among the nominees—those deserving special recognition even if they don’t take the top prize. That’s where our project for the brand-new Olapaloma, advertising agency in Barcelona, was recognized.
We were awarded an Honorable Mention for the passion we bring to our work, the results we achieve, our use of cutting-edge technologies, and our fresh approach to web design and web development.
