By now, it goes without saying that our work goes far beyond web design—we’re passionate about everything related to graphic design and brand identity.
We’ve just wrapped up a new project at the studio: the logo for Adalia, a company specializing in pest management and control.
Here’s the logo, along with a quick breakdown of its meaning. It’s packed with concepts and hidden details—some of which only the keenest eyes will spot at first glance.
Mònica Bedós approached us looking for a standout logo for her business.
Adalia specializes in integrated pest management. But what exactly does “integrated” mean in this context?
What sets Adalia apart is their commitment to managing pests in a completely natural way, with full respect for the environment, insects, and all living things.
With this in mind, we explored several concepts before landing on the winning idea.

A balanced, minimalist logo. The typography is simple yet impactful, reminiscent of the iconic and much-loved Helvetica. The color palette is in harmony with the natural approach that defines Adalia’s pest control methods.

Let me explain. The logo’s icon represents an insect, but if you rotate it, you’ll see a plant or flower. In fact, Adalia uses both insects and plants in their pest control processes.
But there’s more—the logo isn’t just an icon. Hidden within it are all the letters of the company’s name.

The chosen Pantone colors reflect the natural character of Adalia’s pest management approach—a striking combination of two shades of green.

The typeface is a bold, characterful sans serif that strongly evokes Helvetica.
It’s an open source font. Here’s the link if you’d like to use it:

And finally, here are the business cards we designed for Adalia.
They’re perfectly in line with the logo: minimalist, bold, and full of personality. Pretty cool, right?
You’ll soon be able to see the logo in our projects section 😉
