To wrap up this week’s series of posts, I’m bringing you a truly fascinating course: Life Writing for Beginners – Tell Your Own Story.
With this course, we’re closing the loop for the week. Now you can picture yourself in your favorite spot on your yacht, sipping a glass of port as the day winds down, quietly jotting down your thoughts and stories, gently rocked by the waves.
Life writing is an exploratory process that involves unearthing memories—both sweet and bitter—and weaving them into a compelling narrative.
It’s like photography: capturing the true essence of a person, not with colors, light, and shadow, but with words.
In this course, Tom will guide you through the fundamentals of life writing, from gathering material and drafting your first version to completing your final manuscript.
You’ll discover techniques to retell your experiences with vividness and craft a smooth, engaging narrative that keeps your readers hooked.
All Domestika courses are designed to help you learn through a blend of theory and hands-on practice.
The project for Life Writing for Beginners: Tell Your Own Story is to create a narrative piece inspired by your own life, using a series of writing exercises.
