Home Ceramics Course for Beginners

To wrap up this week’s series of posts, I’m excited to share a truly inspiring course: the Home Ceramics Course for Beginners.

Working with clay can be a meditative experience, especially when guided by the care and passion of Paula Casella, Fine Arts graduate and founder of Bambucito Cerámica Orgánica. With over 15 years of experience, Paula will teach you everything you need to know to get started in the world of ceramics.

This course is the perfect companion to “Glazing Ceramics for Beginners,” where Paula introduces the fundamentals of decorating and glazing your ceramic pieces.

What will you create in the Home Ceramics Course for Beginners?

You’ll make four mushroom-shaped sets.

The first three sets will introduce you to the three basic clay modeling techniques and three glazing methods, resulting in unique tableware for different uses (breakfast, jewelry holder, etc.).

The fourth set will focus on slab-building with added textures and a different glazing technique.
