In this article, we’ll take a look at ten more pharmaceutical laboratory logos that caught our eye.
You’ll find brand logos that may be unfamiliar to most, as well as some that are instantly recognizable.
Let’s dive right in and explore these noteworthy examples from the pharmaceutical industry that we still had on our list.

We begin our review with the INOVIO pharmaceutical laboratory logo.
This logo stands out and follows the trend seen in many lab logos, where a graphic element directly hints at the company’s field and specialty.
Here, the logo incorporates a graphic into the name itself, replacing the first “o” in Inovio with a DNA strand—clearly signaling their focus on genetic drug research.

The second logo is one of the most unusual I’ve seen in a long time.
Despite having one of the best websites, Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical laboratory logo is, frankly, one of the least appealing in this entire collection of pharma lab logos.
We understand the symbolism of the reindeer and its connection to the company’s country of origin, but honestly—wasn’t there a better way to approach this?

The third lab logo is dedicated to Daiichi-Sankyo.
A classic, effective logo—nothing more, nothing less. The logo design features unmistakably pharmaceutical colors and a circular shape with a transparent center.
It’s a logo that fits the brand’s purpose well, though we expect to see it evolve in the near future.

The fourth entry is the Morphosys pharmaceutical laboratory logo.
This logo is all about typography and the playful arrangement of its letters.
The bold typeface is strong and striking, but it’s hard to pinpoint the rationale behind it—it almost feels like a 1990s horror movie title.

At number five, we have the Teva pharmaceutical laboratory logo.
This design relies on typography, with a distinctive twist in the “v” character.
However, this design doesn’t quite convince us, as it feels more suited to the renewable energy sector than pharmaceuticals.

In sixth place is the Danaher pharmaceutical laboratory logo.
This logo feels completely out of place. It looks more like a brand for high-performance automotive parts than a pharmaceutical company.

Seventh on our list is the Bristol Myers Squibb pharmaceutical laboratory.
This laboratory is part of a UK-based group and its logo design clearly references a hand.
We’re not entirely convinced this was the best solution for their logo design. And honestly, we think there was definitely a better way.

As we near the end of our list, we come to Biogen in eighth place.
This logo ticks all the boxes for a strong pharmaceutical laboratory logo. The color palette is classic for healthcare and medicine, the graphic element is well thought out, and the typography complements the logo design.

In the penultimate spot is the well-known pharmaceutical brand Novartis.
This logo has evolved continuously since its inception many years ago. It’s instantly recognizable and highly memorable.

We wrap up our review with the Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical laboratory logo.
A logo built around its iconic typography, conveying dedication and approachability.
As you’ve seen, this third and penultimate round of pharmaceutical laboratory logos has brought a wealth of ideas and solutions—some less successful, others truly outstanding.
Don’t miss our final installment in the next blog update.
