Functional analysis comes first, followed by priorities, risks and dependencies. We design the experience, technical architecture and product evolution so that development solves a real problem without creating an unmanageable dependency.
A custom project begins by understanding the problem, not by choosing a framework. We analyse users, tasks, rules, data, exceptions, permissions, volumes and existing systems. We document what the platform must do, what information it needs, what it produces and how each flow will be accepted.
Stakeholders from leadership, operations, sales, administration, service and technology help turn ambiguous needs into testable requirements. User stories, diagrams, prototypes and acceptance criteria resolve decisions before code is written.
Features are prioritised by value, frequency, risk and dependency. The experience simplifies complex work without hiding necessary rules; key journeys are tested with representative users and include errors, permissions and empty states.
The definition phase produces an understandable scope, a phased roadmap and a shared basis for design and technology decisions.
We model data and its lifecycle before defining screens. Entities, relationships, states, history, ownership and retention rules are identified. A coherent model prevents duplication and allows reporting, permissions and integrations to rely on a dependable source.
Volumes, concurrency and growth are quantified as well. A hundred internal operations per day and thousands of customer requests require different choices for architecture, queues, caching, storage and monitoring.
Assumptions and open questions are recorded during definition. Important decisions retain their evidence, rejected alternatives and impact, allowing the project to respond when data, regulation or processes change without repeating discovery.
Technology choices reflect requirements, security, performance, integrations, available skills, operating cost and expected lifetime. We design a modular architecture with separated responsibilities, testing and controlled deployment.
CRM, ERP, identity, payments, signing, maps, search, storage, analytics and other APIs can be connected. For each integration we define authentication, data ownership, synchronisation, idempotency, retries, limits, logs and alerts.
Security covers access control, validation, data protection, secrets, backups, updates and traceability. Performance and observability are assessed against real volumes and journeys.
Decisions, dependencies, environments and deployment are documented. Evolution follows usage, incidents and outcomes, distinguishing product improvement, technical debt and maintenance.
Quality is defined through a testing strategy proportional to risk: unit tests for rules, integration tests for services, end-to-end journeys and user acceptance. Deployments include data migration, rollback and post-release checks.
Observability combines useful logs, metrics and actionable alerts. The team should know what failed, who is affected and how to recover without manually inspecting every operation.
Maintenance is planned as part of the investment: hosting, monitoring, dependencies, updates, support and evolution. Making operating cost visible supports fair comparison and avoids an architecture that is viable only during initial delivery.
We build management tools, customer or supplier portals, configurators, directories, booking systems, dashboards and browser applications around specific roles, data and decisions.
For each role we define objectives, frequency, device, permissions and required information. Screens prioritise the next decision and reduce steps while retaining confirmation and traceability for sensitive actions.
Systems are connected to remove duplicate entry. We map entities, identifiers, frequency, transformations and failures, with logs, retries and alerts.
When an integration affects master data, we agree which system is authoritative and how conflicts are resolved. Bulk processes expose progress, limits and reconcilable results.
A first version reduces scope, not essential quality. We validate the core, update the roadmap with evidence and document code, licences, environments and services.
The roadmap includes exit criteria for each phase: minimum adoption, stability, performance, available evidence and unresolved learning. Expansion then follows evidence rather than becoming an accumulation of requests.
