I\u2019m dedicating this article to a new project\u2014Code Barcelona meets New Chem.<\/p>\n<p>To ease back in, I\u2019ll start by sharing a project we\u2019re about to launch: the design and development of a brand-new website.<\/p>\n<p>Our main goal is to create a bold, contemporary design that gives the company the digital presence it truly deserves.<\/p>\n<h2>It all starts here: the project \u2013 New Chem meets Code Barcelona<\/h2>\n<h3>About New Chem<\/h3>\n<p>New Chem specializes in the manufacture and distribution of chemical products for water treatment, pools, and both urban and industrial wastewater.<\/p>\n<p>So far, New Chem\u2019s online presence has been modest, with a website built on a basic WordPress template.<\/p>\n<p>Recognizing that a strong web presence is essential\u2014and that their current site falls short of today\u2019s design and development standards\u2014New Chem has entrusted us with the future of their digital image.<\/p>\n<p>The CodeBarcelona team is ready to take on this project and inject the energy needed for New Chem to claim its rightful place in the market.<\/p>\n<h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>As you can see from their old website, which is still online, it\u2019s a typical corporate site with standard sections introducing the company and its services.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"LvaAYLwjQs\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newchem.es\/\">Home<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"\u00abHome\u00bb \u2014 NewChem\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newchem.es\/embed\/#?secret=fKPsncysEB#?secret=LvaAYLwjQs\" data-secret=\"LvaAYLwjQs\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Looking past the content, it\u2019s clear the site is built on an outdated template, lacks responsive design, and doesn\u2019t take advantage of modern web capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t had the chance to visit the old site\u2014or if you\u2019re reading this after we\u2019ve launched the new one\u2014here are a few screenshots to give you a sense of the transformation Code Barcelona is bringing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem01.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2004\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem01.jpg\" alt=\"new-chem-meet-codebarcelona01\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem02.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2005\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem02.jpg\" alt=\"new-chem-meet-codebarcelona02\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem04.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2006\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem04.jpg\" alt=\"new-chem-meet-codebarcelona04\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem05.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2007\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/newchem05.jpg\" alt=\"new-chem-meet-codebarcelona05\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1080\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>While we\u2019re still working on the graphic proposal to present to New Chem, there are several key objectives we\u2019re committed to achieving to ensure outstanding results.<\/p>\n<p>These are the essentials for any web design and development project.<\/p>\n<p>Deliver a fully custom website design\u2014New Chem is unique, and it deserves a one-of-a-kind digital identity.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this, we\u2019ll leverage all our creative and technical resources.<\/p>\n<p>Develop a tailor-made site\u2014no templates or shortcuts. At CodeBarcelona, we use the latest technologies and technical innovations in every project.<\/p>\n<p>This approach will give New Chem a distinctive online presence, setting it apart from competitors and resonating with clients.<\/p>\n<h3>Expectations<\/h3>\n<p>We have high expectations for this project. We\u2019ve tackled similar challenges before, starting with outdated designs and delivering results that make a real impact.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s more, New Chem is very receptive to our ideas.
