En aquesta entrada parlarem d\u2019una de les \u00faltimes taules on he tingut el plaer de seure a menjar. Un petit per\u00f2 acollidor restaurant take away mexic\u00e0, d\u2019on vaig sortir amb molt bon regust tant per la seva deliciosa oferta gastron\u00f2mica com pel treball de disseny gr\u00e0fic i decoraci\u00f3 de l\u2019espai. Se\u00f1or Burrito.<\/p>\n<p>Estrenem nova secci\u00f3! Aqu\u00ed compartirem exemples reals de bones pr\u00e0ctiques en m\u00e0rqueting gastron\u00f2mic. Per fer-ho m\u00e9s am\u00e8, tamb\u00e9 comentarem la cuina i l\u2019ambient dels locals i restaurants que visitem. Una experi\u00e8ncia en primera persona, divertida, entretinguda i diferent que estem segurs que us agradar\u00e0. En cada article parlarem d\u2019estrat\u00e8gies que poden aplicar els restaurants per atraure m\u00e9s clientela, amb exemples pr\u00e0ctics adaptats al sector de l\u2019hostaleria.<\/p>\n<p>Sempre que vaig a un lloc nou a menjar, tinc la \u201cmania\u201d de fixar-me si fan una bona feina en m\u00e0rqueting gastron\u00f2mic. Miro el disseny de la carta, les targetes, la decoraci\u00f3 i, evidentment, el menjar que serveixen. Puc dir que vaig quedar molt satisfet tant amb el menjar, com amb el disseny gr\u00e0fic dels diferents elements i la bonica decoraci\u00f3 que envoltava el petit local.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e0rqueting gastron\u00f2mic, burritos i bon disseny<\/h2>\n<h3>Triant on menjar<\/h3>\n<p>Abans de decidir-nos pel lloc on sopar\u00edem, vam passejar pels carrerons prop del port de Barcelona. El local que ens va cridar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 va ser Se\u00f1or Burrito. Disposa d\u2019un r\u00e8tol de ne\u00f3 amb el logotip, creat amb molt bon gust. La decoraci\u00f3 i els colors triats per a l\u2019interior del petit restaurant take away ens van acabar de conv\u00e8ncer. Primer punt: un bon r\u00e8tol \u00e9s una pe\u00e7a clau de la publicitat d\u2019un restaurant.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-letrero-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1063\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-letrero-1.jpg\" alt=\"marketing gastron\u00f3mico letrero\" width=\"619\" height=\"754\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019espai \u00e9s petit i acollidor, amb un personal molt amable que ens va atendre de meravella.<\/p>\n<h3>Una de nachos i tacos per aqu\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Com a entrant vam demanar uns nachos per compartir que, com podeu veure a la foto, estaven generosament condimentats. Dels nachos, destaco el <strong>guacamole delici\u00f3s<\/strong>, que per la seva textura es notava que era <strong>fet a m\u00e0, casol\u00e0<\/strong>. Amb els fesols, el formatge fos i els jalape\u00f1os picants, <strong>el plat va volar en temps r\u00e8cord<\/strong>. A la cuina, el millor indicador d\u2019\u00e8xit \u00e9s quan els comensals acaben amb tot el que els poses a taula en pocs minuts. Si ho traslladem al <strong>m\u00e0rqueting digital<\/strong>, seria com el temps que els usuaris passen al nostre web, per\u00f2 en aquest cas, com menys temps, millor.<\/p>\n<p>Dels tacos, vam triar-ne un de cada carn: <strong>pollastre<\/strong>, <strong>porc<\/strong> i <strong>vedella<\/strong>. Tots bon\u00edssims, crec que vaig trigar m\u00e9s a fer-los la foto que a menjar-me\u2019ls. <strong>Bon\u00edssims<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-comida-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-1064\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-comida-1024x483-2.jpg\" alt=\"marketing gastron\u00f3mico comida\" width=\"1024\" height=\"483\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Com no podia ser d\u2019una altra manera, us deixem un parell de fotos perqu\u00e8 se us faci la boca aigua.<\/p>\n<p>Mentre gaudia d\u2019una de les meves grans passions, el menjar, l\u2019altra \u2014el disseny gr\u00e0fic\u2014 tamb\u00e9 va sortir a la llum, aix\u00ed que no vaig poder evitar fixar-me en el paper parafinat amb el <strong>logotip tan bonic<\/strong> estampat com a motiu.<\/p>\n<h3>La carta del take away, la targeta i la decoraci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1069\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-carta-1.jpg\" alt=\"marketing gastron\u00f3mico carta\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La carta del restaurant em va agradar especialment pel seu format vertical, <strong>for\u00e7a poc habitual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>logotip \u00e9s senzillament preci\u00f3s<\/strong>. Un lettering dins d\u2019un cercle, que recorda a una truita, i tot i que no puc assegurar que aquesta sigui la intenci\u00f3, \u00e9s molt probable.<\/p>\n<p>La targeta \u00e9s molt vistosa, amb el logotip i l\u2019esl\u00f2gan del restaurant \u201cFresh MEX\u201d, i uns colors molt ben triats. Si hagu\u00e9s de canviar alguna cosa, seria donar-li m\u00e9s gruix, tot i que aix\u00f2 faria pujar el preu per unitat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-decoraciC3B3n-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1068\" src=\"https:\/\/codewebbarcelona.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/marketing-gastronomico-decoraciC3B3n-1.jpg\" alt=\"marketing gastron\u00f3mico decoraci\u00f3n\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Al centre del local hi havia una pintura \/ <strong>il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 amb motius mexicans<\/strong> t\u00edpics, com calaveres i colors vius. La veritat \u00e9s que <strong>va ser una de les coses que m\u00e9s em va cridar l\u2019atenci\u00f3<\/strong> fins i tot abans d\u2019entrar-hi. La decoraci\u00f3 i aquests detalls sovint marquen la difer\u00e8ncia a l\u2019hora d\u2019atreure clients, aix\u00ed que cal tenir-los molt en compte per fer un bon <strong>m\u00e0rqueting gastron\u00f2mic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Quines estrat\u00e8gies es podrien aplicar per millorar el m\u00e0rqueting gastron\u00f2mic d\u2019un take away?<\/h2>\n<h3>Crear una p\u00e0gina web<\/h3>\n<p>Tenen el compte d\u2019Instagram al dia i apareixen a Google Maps.<\/p>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, <strong>\u00e9s fonamental disposar d\u2019una p\u00e0gina web<\/strong> i aquest \u00e9s un aspecte que <strong>valdria molt la pena millorar<\/strong>.
